Where your practice loses time
The phone rings for prescription requests, referrals and appointment questions. Findings arrive as PDFs and are transferred by hand into the practice management system (PVS). Medical history forms are filled out at the front desk and then retyped. Each step is small; together they take up a large part of your medical assistants’ day.
What can be automated
Requests by email, form or phone assistant are captured, sorted by concern and prepared: prescription, referral, appointment, callback. Patients fill out medical history forms digitally in advance. Findings are extracted and prepared for transfer into the PVS. Decisions and approvals always happen in the practice.
Data protection and medical confidentiality
Health data is specially protected under Art. 9 GDPR, and medical confidentiality under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) extends to service providers as well. That is why our systems run on servers in Germany or directly in your practice, with a data processing agreement, without passing data to public AI services and without training on patient data.
Connection to your PVS
Many practice management systems offer only a few open interfaces. We use what your system offers, such as the GDT standard, or start in front of it: the data arrives prepared instead of us intervening in your PVS.
What we deliberately do not do
Our systems support administration, not diagnosis or therapy. They make no medical decisions; medical responsibility stays entirely with the practice.
