FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What you want to know before you write to us. Something missing? Then that is the first question in the audit.

What is a process audit and what happens during it?

We look at your workflows as they really run today, not as they appear on the org chart. Along the way we find the places where time disappears into manual steps: copying data, maintaining lists, gathering information. At the end you know which tasks can be automated, how many hours that brings and where it is best to start.

What does the audit cost?

Nothing. The audit is free and without obligation. You get an honest assessment, even if the conclusion is that there is little to automate for you right now.

How long does the audit take?

The audit starts with a 45-minute conversation. Then we look at your workflows and get back to you with an honest assessment: what is worth doing, what it brings, and where to start.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within 24 hours on working days. If it needs to be faster, say so in your message.

Does our data stay with us?

Yes. We set up AI on your own infrastructure or on dedicated EU servers. Your data does not go to outside providers and is not used to train other models. Data protection is standard with us, not an extra.

Do we have to replace our existing tools?

No. Usually we connect what you already use: CRM, accounting, email, project tool. What gets moved back and forth between programs by hand today then runs automatically in the background.

Do we even need AI for this?

Not always. Many time sinks disappear with the right chain of tools. AI comes in where text has to be understood, documents read or knowledge searched. We use it when it makes the difference, not because it is in fashion.

How quickly will we see first results?

The first automations typically give you back noticeable hours per week after a few weeks. We start with the biggest time sinks so the effect shows early.

How does the collaboration work after the audit?

You receive a transparent, value-based project offer at a fixed price, often split into modules and expansion stages you can choose individually. If you want to test first, we start with a clearly scoped pilot at a fixed price. We do not bill by the hour.

Which companies is PRCS for?

For mid-sized companies, from trades businesses and administrations to service providers and manufacturing. What matters is not the industry but that repetitive work eats up time that is missing elsewhere.

Is there a minimum company size?

No. There is no minimum size. What matters is not headcount but whether there is repetitive work that can be automated, and that exists in small businesses too.

Do you run the solution, or do we take over operations?

Both are possible. We build and run the solution if you want, including monitoring and adjustments when your workflows change. If you have your own IT team, we hand over with clean documentation.

What sets PRCS apart from large software houses?

Short lines of communication, modern tools and no bureaucracy around it. You talk directly to the people who build. First results come in weeks instead of months, and you pay for the solution, not the overhead.

Who is behind PRCS?

Two founders with experience at the BMW Group: Moritz Billes (M.Sc. Automotive Engineering, AI architecture) and Luca Seitz (M.Sc. Digital Technology Management, process strategy and delivery). Both built systems there that are in production use, and now bring that experience to mid-sized companies.
