About us
Experience from the BMW Group. For mid-sized companies.
Two founders. One conviction.
PRCS Technologies is a technology company that builds sovereign AI and software systems for mid-sized companies: automation, knowledge management, your own AI infrastructure and custom software.
Based in Munich, working across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We know both worlds: the corporate world, where processes are well documented and still slow, and mid-sized companies, where a lot moves fast but depends on people who keep it in their heads. In both, the same time disappears into the same manual tasks.
Why we do this
“We help people work more efficiently.”
Every manual task that nobody should have to do is wasted lifetime. We build AI and software so that this time goes back where it is worth something: to work that needs experience and judgment, not to routine that a system can take over.
We do not build demo systems. What we deliver, we either run ourselves or you run it, with the same rules for data ownership, access and approval.
The founders

Co-founder · Head of AI Architecture & Technical Execution
Moritz Billes
Moritz Billes (M.Sc. Automotive Engineering) is responsible for the AI architecture of PRCS systems, from model selection and knowledge bases (RAG) to production on European or your own infrastructure. At the BMW Group he developed a tool and gauge management system with approval workflows and image tracking that is still in daily use today. He only ships when the system runs reliably.
AI architecture that stays predictable
Language models in controlled architectures with fallback levels, approvals and complete logs. The result stays reliable, even when a model gets it wrong.
Sovereign infrastructure
Self-hosting on EU servers or your own hardware. AI systems that work without data leaving the building. Setup and operation from a single source.
Solutions for unstructured problems
No obvious starting point? He structures the task, breaks it into buildable parts and delivers them: backends, automation with n8n, applications up to an offline app for field work.

Co-founder · Head of Process Strategy, Ops & Commercial
Luca Seitz
Luca Seitz (M.Sc. Digital Technology Management) is responsible for process analysis, delivery and the commercial side of PRCS projects, and develops himself, from the AI component to the complete application. At the BMW Group he built a production workflow with ERP integration. Today he audits workflows at mid-sized companies, puts automation potential into hours and euros, and builds the systems himself. He clarifies before the build what would otherwise only surface afterwards.
Process audits with numbers
He analyzes your workflows and shows where time gets stuck and what can be automated, measured in hours, error rates and euros. Including the result: better not.
Full-stack & AI development
Complete applications from a single source: agentic workflows, AI components, frontend and backend, all the way to production.
Integration with existing systems
New applications connect to what is already there, whether ERP, DATEV or specialist software. Seamless data flows instead of media breaks and isolated solutions.
Head of Business Development & Account Management
David Timmler
David Timmler is the first point of contact for new projects at PRCS, from the first conversation to well beyond the project start. At the BMW Group he worked in corporate strategy and sales controlling, most recently on the digitalization and automation of sales processes. Once a system is live, he remains your contact for questions, extensions and new projects.
First point of contact
One fixed contact who knows your project, your structures and your history. No changing responsibilities, no repeating yourself.
From need to project
Together with architecture and costing, he turns your request into a clear scope: system boundaries, interfaces, responsibilities. Before anything is built.
Clear at every level
He explains goals and value without jargon. So management and the specialist department understand the same project.
What sets us apart
We build systems, not chains
A model may get it wrong. The system may not.
We measure quality instead of promising it
Tested, monitored, logged: traceable instead of a black box.
