Construction and trades · Time tracking

Timesheets that write themselves.

Time tracking on the construction site means capturing while the work happens, not from memory in the evening. PRCS builds applications that work in the field without a network and bring the status to the office, without anyone retyping a timesheet.

per week won back: 20 for time tracking, 20 for dispatching

What happens today

Handwritten timesheets are collected, brought to the office and transferred there. This creates three sources of error: illegible entries, times estimated after the fact and forgotten items. Correcting them takes more time than the original capture.

How it runs afterwards

Times are captured directly on the device that is already in hand, even without reception. As soon as there is a network again, the application syncs. The office sees the status while the crew is still working and does not have to chase it by phone.

What this has to do with dispatching

Once times are available digitally, the next assignment can be derived from them. Dispatching then does not become a second project but a by-product of capture. That is exactly why, in practice, time tracking delivers more than the time saved itself.
